DELIVERABLES
Creative concept & direction for 3D video (digital & billboards)
CGI VIdeo
The hammerhead splash
For the Underwater Observatory Marine Park in Eilat I developed a creative concept for a 3D video that captures the feeling of getting up close with marine life.
The video featured a hammerhead shark bursting out of the screen and splashing water, blending spectacle with storytelling. I led the concept and art direction, working with a 3D animator to bring the vision to life across digital platforms and billboards.
KEY Challanges
Message Over Medium
Ensuring the 3D animation served the message, not just the medium.
Quick Emotional Hook
Conveying the emotional impact of being close to marine life, in seconds.
Visual Accuracy
Achieving visual realism and client satisfaction with detailed sea-life rendering.
The strategy
When the client said he wants a billboard and digital CGI campaign, I came up with the idea of creating a sensory metaphor that I wanted to bring to life, a sea creature breaking out of the screen.
To dramatize the observatory’s promise: getting closer than ever to the underwater world.
The concept was tailored for high-impact placement in OOH and digital formats.
RESULT & IMPACT
The video aired across billboards for two weeks along with being uploaded to social media.
While not KPI-tracked, it received highly positive feedback from the client for its originality, execution, and alignment with the observatory’s message.
